Who is the controller
The controller is Stavperso s.r.o., company ID 300 59 771, Rybná 716/24, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, file C 456641.

What data we process
- From a request: name or company, phone, e-mail, site location and dates, description of the work and any attachments you send.
- When you call, e-mail or message us on WhatsApp: the details you choose to share.
Why and on what legal basis
- Handling your request and preparing a proposal: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Answering questions and protecting our rights: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for the duration of our talks and for no longer than 12 months after the last contact. If a contract is concluded, we keep the data for its duration and for the periods required by law.
Who receives the data
- Cloudflare, Inc.: runs the website and passes the form on to our e-mail inbox. We keep a copy of the message (without attachments) there for 30 days so that we can open and handle it quickly. It is then deleted automatically.
- INTERNET CZ, a.s. (Forpsi): runs our e-mail inboxes.
- WhatsApp Ireland Limited: only if you message us on WhatsApp yourself.
Cloudflare may process data outside the European Union. Transfers to the USA rely on the adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) and on standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing. Write to info@stavperso.cz.
You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Ours is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.gov.cz.
